This October month as a Cancer awareness month, Women Development Cell (WDC) at Nirma University in collaboration with IAPNU hosted a webinar on “Breast Cancer Awareness” for women on October 16, 2020 by Dr. Sudha Yadav. Dr. Sudha, who has served as Dean and Professor and Head of Community Medicine, at Government Medical Colleges of Gujarat. She has been creating awareness on breast cancer and cancer of the cervix. She is actively engaged in training women on breast self examination and champions the cause. Awareness creation on various aspects of health is her forte and she has been delivering lectures for the same. This webinar was very benificial for the participants as she discussed about breast cancer issues,
awareness, self examinations and precautions.
