Meaning of ‘SANDARBH’:The word “Sandarbh” means context or reference in several Indian languages. It is a core idea in the domains of architecture, design and planning that lay heavy emphasis on the context or setting – be it the physical, socio-cultural, temporal – and several layers thereof. The word also symbolizes the importance of research as a cornerstone of knowledge and understanding.
Design Requirement:
The concept:
Resonates with the meaning of “SANDARBH”described earlier in reference to the built environment and research.
Relevant to the theme of knowledge (creation and dissemination of).
Symbolizes creativity and collaboration.
Style:
Simple and clean.
Visually appealing.
Avoid clichés and overly complex graphics.
Elements:
Incorporate abstract or symbolic elements representing research in the multiple domains of built environment.
Text:
Include the journal name “SANDARBH” prominently.
Colour Scheme:
Preferably monochromatic.
Avoid overly bright or flashy colours.
Technical Specifications:
Format: vector format (.AI,.EPS, or high-resolution.PDF).
Include both colouredand black & white
Ensure scalability for use in digital and print formats.
Eligibility:
Open for all the students and faculty members of Institute of Architecture and Planning Nirma University (Individuals or teams of two)

Results Announcement:(during KALP in the first week of March, 2025)
