3	Qualifying Examination Mark-sheet / statement of marks of final year (percentage equivalent certificate is to be attached if the marks statement is in Grade/CPI/CGPA or any other format except in percentage marks)
4	Qualifying Exam Degree Passing Certificate (Provisional / Final)
5	Copy of Migration Certificate

The annual tuition fee for the M.Plan program is ₹ 2,80,000

In case of doubt in interpretation of any clause(s) or in dispute on any issue, the decision of the Chairman of the M.Plan. Admission Committee – 2025 of Inst. of Architecture and Planning, Nirma University shall be final.
