IAPNU celebrated NASA Day 2026 on Sep 11, 2026, commemorating the 69th Year of NASA India. Hosted by Z-253, IAPNU, the celebration was themed “Through the Lens of Our NASA Journey,” providing a platform for students to engage with the experiences and memories of those who have contributed to NASA India.
The session brought together former NASA Core Team members and students who had participated in NASA events, competitions, trophies, and the Annual NASA Convention. Through interactive discussions and experience-sharing, seniors reflected on their journeys, challenges, collaborations, and learning experiences, offering juniors insights into NASA beyond academics and competitions. The celebration highlighted the role of participation, collaboration, community engagement, and storytelling in shaping an architectural student’s journey. It also introduced the “Dear NASA – Reel & Article Challenge,” encouraging students to creatively document and preserve their NASA experiences through visual and written narratives. The programme was coordinated by Ms. Ashli Kawad, USEC, and Ms. Sakina Ameen, UD, under the guidance of Prof. Ar. Biswanath Mudi and Prof. Dr. Shivanjali Mohite. Ms. Vanshika, Former USEC, also shared her experiences with the students. The celebration concluded by encouraging students to learn from the past, engage with the present, and create new stories for the future.
