Grievance Redressal

The students are the main stakeholder of the university. Student growth and development are the top priorities of the university. If a student has any grievance, it is taken up seriously by the concerned authorities. The university has evolved an elaborate system of grievance redressal for the students. The Students’ Grievance Redressal Committees are constituted at the department, institute, and university levels to deal with the grievances of the students.

The process entails that an aggrieved student will make an online complaint with all the relevant details. On receipt of the online complaint, the concerned institute will refer it to the appropriate Student Grievance Redressal Committee with its comments within 15 days of receipt of the complaint on the online portal. The Committee will fix a date for hearing the complaint and communicate it to the concerned institute and the aggrieved student. The aggrieved student can appear either in person or authorise a representative to present the case.
